Refund Policy

At Delivery My HSRP, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Product defects or manufacturing errors
  • Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Damaged products received
  • Cancellation of order before processing/manufacturing begins
  • Duplicate payments or payment errors

Note: Custom-manufactured HSRP plates that have already been produced may not be eligible for refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product or order confirmation
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Submit any supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc.) if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 1-3 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued, such as:

  • Partial order cancellation
  • Minor defects that do not affect functionality
  • Shipping cost adjustments

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-manufactured products that have been produced as per specifications
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Orders cancelled after manufacturing has begun
  • Shipping charges (unless the error is on our part)
  • Digital products or services already delivered

7. Return of Products

If a refund is approved, you may be required to return the product to us. In such cases:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part
  • We will provide return shipping instructions and address
  • Refund will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned product

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges, provided the order has not entered the manufacturing process. Cancellations after this period may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be possible if manufacturing has begun.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
